* The times below represent when bread starts coming out of the oven & does not guarantee all bread will       be out by that time. Please call ahead if you want to be sure a particular bread is ready (223)800-8394.

 

* Breads are considered 'Day old' after a 24 hour period.

 

* Baked goods, coffee and fresh pressed apple juice are available during all business hours!

Wednesday – after 2pm

Thursday – after 2pm (Ciabatta, Brioche + one bakers choice only)

Friday – after 2pm

Saturday – all day

*The start of our bake week begins on Wednesdays and ends on Saturdays

*What week are we in? The first Wednesday of the month will begin week 1.

cinnamon raisin, mixed olive, pugliese, ciabatta baguette.

WEEK THREE:

pumpernickel, farmhouse, rosemary, french baguette.

cinnamon raisin, swedish rye (limpa), pugliese, ciabatta baguette.
