* The times below represent when bread starts coming out of the oven & does not guarantee all bread will be out by that time. Please call ahead if you want to be sure a particular bread is ready (223)800-8394.
* Breads are considered 'Day old' after a 24 hour period.
* Baked goods, coffee and fresh pressed apple juice are available during all business hours!

Tuesday – after 12pm (Ciabatta, Pretzel Bread, Brioche +Honey Spelt only)
Wednesday – after 12pm
Thursday – after 12pm (Ciabatta, Brioche + one bakers choice only)
Friday – after 12pm
Saturday – all day
Sunday – all day
